Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Boplings (the “App”), provided by Todd Lahman LLC. By playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. The App is free, with optional purchases

Boplings is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases — coins, bundles, and similar items — are sold through Apple's App Store and billed to your Apple account. Every item states exactly what it contains before you buy. Prices are shown in the App and confirmed by Apple before any charge. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

2. Coins and virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives, cosmetics, and other in-game items are a limited, revocable license to use those features inside the App. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the App. Items earned through play and items purchased are treated the same way. Purchases are final once delivered to your game, except as Apple's policies provide.

3. Fair play

Play as yourself. Do not use cheats, modified builds, automation, or exploits, and do not tamper with Game Center scores. We may reset progress or leaderboard entries that were obtained unfairly.

4. Your data

The App has no account. Your progress stays on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for details, including the optional rewarded ads.

5. Our content

The Boplings, the Bopwright, the Gloomwright, and every character, world, artwork, sound, and piece of writing in the App belong to Todd Lahman LLC. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, including for streaming and reviews; you may not sell the App's assets or present them as your own.

6. Disclaimer and changes

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk. We may change, pause, or end the App or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; if we do, continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
