Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Boplings (the “App”), provided by Todd Lahman LLC, handles your information. The short version: the App has no account, does not track you, and stores nothing about you on our systems.

What stays on your device

Your progress — levels beaten, stars, coins, boosters, rescued Boplings, wardrobe choices, and settings — is stored on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, that progress also syncs through your own iCloud account so it follows you between your iPhone and iPad. It stays within your Apple account; it never touches our servers, and we cannot read it.

No account, no server

Boplings has no sign-up and no login. We run no server that holds player data. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or anything else from your device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Apple's App Store and billed to your Apple account. Apple processes the payment and keeps the transaction record under its own privacy policy. The App receives only a confirmation that the purchase succeeded so it can deliver what you bought; we never see your payment details.

Game Center

Leaderboards and the weekly Star Tournament use Apple's Game Center, which is optional. If you are signed into Game Center, the App submits your scores (stars, best score, crowns, highest level) to Apple so they can appear on the leaderboards under your Game Center nickname. Apple handles that data under its own privacy policy; you can sign out of Game Center at any time in your device Settings.

Rewarded ads you choose to watch

No ad ever interrupts play. The App may offer one optional rewarded ad — for example, to earn an extra life — and it plays only if you tap to watch it. These ads are served by Google AdMob. When an ad plays, Google may receive your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and basic device information to deliver the ad and count the view. We request non-personalized ads, and the App never asks for permission to track you across other apps and websites. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can limit ad personalization in your device's privacy settings.

Crash reports

If you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your device Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage statistics. These contain no personal information and cannot be linked to you.

This website

boplings.com uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without identifying visitors. If you write to us through the contact, support, or launch-list form, your name, email address, and message are delivered to our inbox by a third-party email provider so we can reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to answer you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

No tracking, no selling

Boplings does not track you across apps or websites, does not build a profile of you, and does not sell or share your data with data brokers.

Children

Boplings is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. It has no chat, no user-generated content, no social features beyond Apple's optional Game Center, and no links out of the game other than to this website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.

Deleting your data

Since there is no account, there is nothing on our side to delete. Deleting the App removes its data from your device. To remove the synced copy from your own iCloud, open Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and delete the Boplings entry.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes to what the App collects will also be noted in the App's release notes.
